Returns
We aim to provide an excellent service for our customers but we understand there may be times when goods have to be returned.
Please return goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them.
We will exchange the goods or provide you with a refund, whichever you require.
Any goods that appear to be faulty we will pay the return postage, and the postage and packing for replacements.
However on exchanges there may be a restocking charge, and the standard delivery charge, according to weight and value will apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
